Short, plain, and not buried. If any statement here contradicts something on another page, this page wins.
No offer, no solicitation
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, partnership interest or investment product. No fund currently exists. Any future offering would be made solely by a private placement memorandum to investors who satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements, and only in jurisdictions where that offering is lawful.
Hypothetical performance
Every dollar figure shown is hypothetical. It comes from replaying 9,251 historical signals against recorded option prints over 12.8 months. It is not a live result, not a paper result, and not a statement of what any account earned. Hypothetical results are prepared with hindsight, cannot be replicated, and routinely overstate what a live account would have produced.
The fill assumption is the edge
Exits are modelled as resting limit orders that fill when the underlying reaches the level. With the opposite assumption — exiting at the printed close of the touch minute — all five books lose money, and the portfolio loses $70,717 over the same sample. Queue position, partial fills and a fast tape are real and are not modelled.
Risk of loss
Options can lose their entire value, quickly. Long-premium positions decay with time and pay the spread twice. A run of losses, a gap, a broker outage, a data error or a rule that stops working can produce losses larger than the modelled drawdown. There is no guarantee of profit and no capital protection of any kind.
No track record, no audit
The desk has no live trading history, no audited financial statements, no third-party verification and no client capital. The options archive used begins in October 2025, so no book has an options record through 2008 or 2022. One book's underlying signal has been tested on shares from 2007; that is a different instrument with different costs.
Fees and brokerage
Net figures are after Tradier Pro's schedule as published at the time of writing: $0.00 equity-option commission, clearing, ORF and pass-through fees of roughly $0.21 per round trip, and a $10 monthly platform fee. The TAF is $0.00 through 31 December 2026 and is not modelled afterwards. Brokerage fees, schedules and availability can change without notice.
Tax
Figures are pre-tax. A Section 475(f) election is planned with the 2026 return, effective 1 January 2027; before that date, wash-sale rules apply and can defer — not eliminate — losses. Nothing here is tax advice, and the treatment of any future fund or investor would depend on their own circumstances.
Forward-looking statements
Launch dates, scaling decisions, cost estimates and structure changes are plans, not commitments. They can move or not happen. The measurement gates described on the launch page are targets set before trading began; missing one means a book is suspended, not that the target is revised.
SkyQuant will never ask for a wire, a deposit or payment details by email, and will never accept money before a private placement memorandum and a signed subscription agreement exist. If you receive such a request, it did not come from this firm.
